TM Awearness is a UK based alternative clothing label with a voice of its own. If you are looking for something different to wear, something with a unique theme, something for the times we are living in………. with a pinch of black humour… then you are in the right place. It dares to be different,…. to go against the grain. There is nothing like being in Awearness ! TM Awearness is about acknowledging the dysfunctional ‘society matrix’ we are trapped in and how it manipulates us mainly through the spin of mainstream media news coverage, advertising and the banking system. Many people’s deep desire to be accepted sadly means they fall into line with the ‘matrix society program’ eventually, and with it others expectations of what they should be……….anything for an easy time. We live in a ‘sheep dog’ society that polices itself. We are all sheep dogs for each other, barking back into line anyone who breaks out of the sheep pen. Think or say anything different to the cattle following the mainstream media monkey or try to do anything else other than the ‘Consume, Pay taxes' society program and prepare to be thought of as revolutionary. George Orwell’s 1984 Surveillance society is nearly upon us! Our civil liberties are disappearing under a wave of manipulated, ever present, terrorist threat and danger. Mainstream media spin on War and Terror conspires to rob us of our reason, common sense and opinion. How did this happen? Who’s to blame? Certainly there are those people in power that are more responsible than others, and hopefully they will all be held accountable. The apathetic ‘couch potato’ consumer lifestyle eventually takes its toll and backfires on us and the planet. The automaton consumer has been born, a media controlled, dumbed down individual, intoxicated by TV game shows and soap dramas. We have found tranquility in mind numbing repetition….Apathy rules the day. By wearing Awearness you make a different statement……….Einstein, Schopenhauer, Socrates… their thoughts are eternal, inspirational and timeless………………………..their words offer the means to meaning.
